CLOTTAFACT es un medicamento antihemorrágico usado para:
Hipofibrinogenemia, disfibrinogenemia o afibrinogenemia congénitas en pacientes adultos, adolescentes y niños con sangrado espontáneo o hemorragia causada por lesiones o por cirugía.
Como terapia complementaria en el manejo de hemorragias severas incontroladas, en sangrados que ponen en riesgo la vida durante las complicaciones obstétricas, cirugía o trauma.
En pacientes que no pueden sintetizar fibrinógeno con insuficiencia hepática grave o secundaria a un tratamiento con L-Asparaginasa.
